Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
1. All sales, contracts and agreements entered into with Onlocation Photography, or the photographer Clare Ripley are bound by these terms and conditions.
2. These terms and conditions may change at any time without prior warning.
Definitions
3. The terms 'Onlocation Photography', 'OLP' and 'the photographer' all refer to Clare Ripley of 57 Stanier Way, Hedge End, Southampton, SO30 2XE.
4. 'The client' refers to any person purchasing goods or services from, or conducting business with Onlocation Photography.
5. The terms 'images', 'pictures', 'photos', etc. all refer to photographs.
Copyright
6. Unless otherwise stated or agreed, Onlocation Photography retains copyright to all images. This includes all images published on the website and all advertising materials.
7. Unless copyright to the image is sold with the image, the client may not copy, reproduce, alter or edit an image without the expressed permission of Onlocation Photography.
Bookings
8. If, due to circumstances outside our control, we are unable to attend a pre-arranged appointment, Onlocation Photography reserves the right to cancel the booking. If this occurs, we will make every effort to inform you at the earliest opportunity.
9. If you wish to change or cancel a booking, you should inform Onlocation Photography as soon as possible. If an appointment is cancelled and booking fee has been paid, OLP reserves the right to retain all or part of the amount paid.
Pricing & Payment
10. Prices may be revised at any time without notice. Please check for latest pricing information.
11. Any query with the amount charged should be made within 14 days of invoice date.
12. If a 'quotation' is given, it is a firm price for the product or services agreed with OLP, valid for 30 days and subject to these terms and conditions. An 'estimate' is our best estimate of the cost, but is subject to change.
13. Until a product has been paid for, it remains the property of Onlocation Photography.
14. If a booking fee is charged, this must be received before work commences.
15. For commercial clients, payment must be received within 30 days of invoice date. Late payment may incur additional charges.
Receipt of Products
16. Unless the client reports that goods sent by post have not been received within 14 days of receiving notification of dispatch, the goods will be assumed to have been received and correct.
17. Onlocation Photography do not accept liability for delays in delivery of products which are out of our control.
18. Any errors in products delivered should be reported to Onlocation Photography as soon as possible in order that the situation may be rectified.
Photography Sizing & Colouring
19. All printed photograph sizes are quotes in inches. All sizes are approximate and subject to a small amount of variation.
20. While we maintain high standards of workmanship, and only use printers with a proven track record, the client must allow for minor variations in photo colouring.
Confidentiality
21. Onlocation Photography treats all information supplied by the client as confidential, and will not publish or distribute such information without the permission of the client.
Complaints
22. Any complaints will be dealt with as quickly as possible, and a mutually acceptable solution sought, provided the complaint is brought to the attention of OLP within 14 days of receipt of goods.
