Here at Onlocation Photography, we understand that planning your wedding day can be one of the most important, yet exciting and emotional times of your life. Because we understand that everybody is different, we are dedicated in providing a tailor-made package which will suit your individual needs. We therefore base our wedding price structure around exactly this.
Onlocation Photography is based in Southampton and operated by Clare Ripley, a local photographer who has over ten years experience within the wedding industry. We offer a professional, reliable yet stress-free service giving you the time to enjoy the weeks leading up to, and your actual wedding day to the full. We offer high quality, creative imagery with flexible wedding packages to suit everyone's needs. Our style is to use a combination of relaxed candid’s combined with the slightly more classic partially posed photography. Our aim is for you to enjoy your day, and to end up with a wonderful set of photographs and memories which you will treasure forever.
You will see that we offer three very different packages, all of which start at a basic fixed price. You can then add on enhancements which will let you create the right package for you. With the exception of our basic (CD only) package, we offer a choice of album styles, including the more contemporary reportage style (also known as storybook or magazine style) as well as the more traditional mounted page by page style.
All our packages include the following:
- Pre-Wedding Consultation
- Both church and/or hotel/reception venue survey by the photographer before the Wedding day
- Local Travel (within Hampshire)
- Unlimited photographs taken
- Preview Album/CD
- Postage or personal delivery of preview and finished albums
- Choice of reportage and classic photography styles
- Photographs can be in either colour, black and white, or any combination of the two
- Web based photo viewing and online reprint ordering service

Our easy payment plan
We operate a staged payment system to allow you to spread the cost of your wedding photography. A non-returnable booking fee of £150 is required at the time of booking to secure your date and to reserve our services. This fee is regarded as a part-payment towards your final settlement. A second payment will be required at least a week before your Wedding day of 75% of the remaining settlement. The final instalment must be paid before the final delivery of your package.
